Dave - i Can forgive you for buying your 'Yellow Prancing Horse' as it is completely gorgeous but....for replacing your stock 6.0 rims on your Lambo...may your next car be a Lada (old Russian Fiat)!

Thanks for point out the reflection. The rims are only chrome with the red accent color on the edge of the spokes! They are definately NOT McDonalds rims.

I did not like the car pictures from the dealer, but after seeing the rims in person, I changed my mind.

    HOT HOT HOTTER!

Nice addition to the garage Dave.

Have I missed the indepth comparo of the Z-06 vs the rest of your garage or have you not got around to it yet? Should be a great read.

So I'm guessing those placed in order of quickness from left to right?

Hey Dan, you may be suprised when you look at the numbers...Left to Right in quickness sounds about right to me

    C6 Z-06: 0-60=3.5 1/4 mile=11.5
    430: 0-60=3.5 1/4 mile=11.7
    6.0: 0-60=3.6 1/4 mile=12.0

Now "Wow Factor" right to left is correct but you can get a lot of preformance for under $80 grand if you stick to Chevy. :D

the ZO6 time is WAY! off, no mater what mags like C&D say or how much GM trys to hype some numbers that came from one test way out in left field
the F430 is also off, I dont care what a Euro version with lanuch control can do once.
Even the 6.0 is off by a tenth or two, that number came from R&T

and on top of it all, 0-60 and 1/4 miles mean aboslutly nothing other than some back wood hick can slam on the gas in a staright line for 11-13 seconds.

There I go believing Car and Driver again. ;)

ok look at the raw data then

    C6 Z-06: 505 hp 470 ft lbs 3132 lbs curb weight
F430: 490 hp 343 ft lbs 3190 lbs curb weight
6.0: 550 hp 457 ft lbs 3583 lbs curb weight

anyway you cut it they are ALL beasts on paper probably a draw between the chevy and the lambo as to who reigns supreme in Dave's garage.
