Jules was a favourite of many! (Myself included). One of the sad things is, the failure of Marussia makes his sacrifice even more senseless! (As for Max, in My opinion he was just going through the motions of being an F1 driver and is no great loss to the sport)
Sadly correct! As Max amongst others have shown us this season, in modern F1, all too often money trumps talent!

Mmmmmm........"Money Changes Everything"? It didn't for Toyota, Honda, Ford/Jaguar or BMW! They kept throwing more and more money at F1 and it didn't change a thing for them! - They still got nowhere! I'll give Marussia that one - They spent far less to fail in F1 than those companies did!
I'm pretty sure the car maker went down the toilet quite a while back. IIRC, the team said at the time it didn't affect them as they were already 'independent' and other than the name (& entry) had nothing to do with them. Cheers, Ian
