If Bianchi were still active I'd care about Marussia.

No. Jules was just a favorite of mine.

 

Jules was a favourite of many! (Myself included).

One of the sad things is, the failure of Marussia makes his sacrifice even more senseless!

(As for Max, in My opinion he was just going through the motions of being an F1 driver and is no great loss to the sport)

 

There are plenty that fit that description these days.

As Max amongst others have shown us this season, in modern F1, all too often money trumps talent!

 

Easy money is a drug. f1 is an addict.

Mmmmmm........"Money Changes Everything"?

It didn't for Toyota, Honda, Ford/Jaguar or BMW!

They kept throwing more and more money at F1 and it didn't change a thing for them! - They still got nowhere!

I'll give Marussia that one - They spent far less to fail in F1 than those companies did!

 

Too bad, another car manufacturer gives up.


And we never got to see Rossi racing.

I'm pretty sure the car maker went down the toilet quite a while back. IIRC, the team said at the time it didn't affect them as they were already 'independent' and other than the name (& entry) had nothing to do with them.
