Martin, I am just a observer of this thread, but wanted to make a quick point, respectfully. In this case, Ben hasn't done that yet. I am not saying Ben can't, but just saying he hasn't done it yet. Thus I feel the comparisons are not accurate. We are all waiting for Ben to show us the happy customers he talks about. If you ask me, its simple.

As I read it, it seems to me Rob STATED the evidence....i.e. several members who said they were denied, not a SINGLE ONE that said they were satisfied. Rob never said PROOF. He only said there was evidence.

The key here is Rob has entered the fray and has made it known that ther is strong evidence that we have no intention to pay claims. I want to see how he could possibly know our intentions, I want the evidence. That's all. By the way I have been sued too but what does that mean that I am guilty? every case in which I was defendent I won and so did both sides lawyers....get my drift?

Currently there is litigation going on (I have hired one of the best attorneys in the state and will provide all details once it is settled) and I have more then enough evidence to directly refute the evidence submitted by Premier. However, I will wait until the case is settled to post that evidence online. And it will be posted online, that I promise. Until then, like the moderators instructed in that thread...lets stop beating that horse. I mean no disrespect to you Martin and have a very high opinion of you and your business from the feedback of others.

Exactly, now you get it! I couldn't have said it better myself. Whether you see it or not, I'm trying to keep this balanced and all we want is evidence. Based on the lack of evidence I've formed a personal opinion. I really don't care if you try to sway my opinion or not, but it would sure do your company better. Everyone else needs to stop with the attacks of Paul, Ben, and EWC. Nothing they have done has been proved illegal. The reason I froze the thread yesterday was trying to get just the facts and avoid this name calling. The only good info that has come out since yesterday is that over $100,000 have been paid in claims by EWC. So that is definitely in favor of EWC. I will take the heat Paul is putting out, so don't hold that against him, I'm a big boy except for my use of "twerp" and "owned".
