Yes i did read the whole thing, and like it has been previously said, there is a lot of bitterness and personal issues coming to play here. This should of been dealt with offline, the online. And the results of your actions, after every possible course of action had been taken on Noah's part, offline, should then the results have been posted up on here. A few un-named people on this thread need to grow the fu*k up.
On the subject of opinion vs. fact, it would seem your boss disagrees with you, and I quote So you're saying Ben was incorrect, maybe said something that sounded good that wasn't accurate? Got it. Fair enough, but when lots of people are disagreeing with you, often times it's not that you're right and EVERYONE else is wrong. I believe that Bens Statement was incorrect? Yes My entrance into this debate was based on Robs false and defamatory statements. I have no issue with those that chimed in that have no knowledge of anything and just wished to be part of the witch hunt (sp,Happy Mark?). Paul- With the chance of being banned for a day, I must say something. I think both you and Ben have put yourselves in a hole you'll never get out of. You have not produced any positive comments from 'happy' clients; I think that says it all! It's probably best that you unsubscribe from Chat, and go on your merry way. Mark, A fight was required as the administrator made an attack post. My issue is with Rob and he will deal with me if and when he feels I have crossed the line as it his site. I disagree........... The information is helpful to us all. I don't think either of them should unsubscribe. It is far to early to pass judgement. It is also unreasonable to expect a company to subject customers to scrutiny like this. Though, I do welcome any that want to chime in. I think time will tell on this issue. EDIT: How about stopping all this talk of banning? There is no point to it.

Tillman, I am a consultant for EWC, I am overseeing the transformation from a startup company to the next stage. I have spent years on FC and am more accustom to this type of attack operation and the trolls that chime in. I also took personally Robs attack as I am involved. I think Rob was way out of line. Ben takes this way more personally and the attacks are ruthless. Even certain moderators (sorry, not you) are acting unprofessionally. I have reviewed the 2 others that have complained here and I think that there position is baseless.There is much that they don't tell and FC is not the forum to settle these matters. Check my 1st post on page 1. I actually can't speak to Noahs documents as it was settled before I knew and did not review them prior. I can tell you I was against the settlement at the time as I think it was a bad prescedent but I accept the fact that Ben did it as good faith effort and will stand by his decision. All companies have references but there is no way that we would subject them to this group. I am concerned that many here are driven by the hunt mentality.
Every member of this public forum, including the administrator, has a right to form their own opinion of the situation and discuss it publically if they so wish. Rob did not defame EWC with his comments.

It seems to me that it might just be your comments that are driving many here to carry on. Perhaps you should let it rest.
Lets back up and look at the facts. EWC stated they never would have allowed Noahs company to have a policy as they are in the rental business and Noah mislead them about this. Why didn't they immediately cancel his policy and give him a refund on the remainder of the time left as soon as they found out? Instead they kept his money and continued to allow him to file claims which were all rejected in the end and promised him checks on one that never came. EWC called Noah a complete liar and refused to refund his policy premium until the tide was against him in this thread, then he caved in easily. 412fly filed a claim that was rejected because of exhaust valves being part of the exhaust system which is laughable, maybe Cheryl or whatever her name is is totally clueless on cars and assumed that since exhaust valves have the word "exhaust" in them they are part of the exhaust system? EWC has many clients here that have had claims paid and they love them. Where are they? So Evans made another business error on this statement? The next stage Sloan? You really think this company can go public with its officers commiting fraud by making false statements in writing to the AG? There is no witch hunt here just people wanting questions answered, and their probably are other EWC policy holders here that have not filed claims yet that would like to know the answers to them also.
Wow - awesome thread. Just found it and read it start to finish. Concentrating on the postings of those involved with EWC and those with policies / first hand dealings with EWC here are my conclusions. EWC is a scam company EWC absolutely tries to deny legit claims EWC has a lousy contract EWC got off easy with the policy refund EWC has a lousy transformation consultant There are no happy EWC customers on F-chat (contrary to EWC statements) Sure EWC may pay some claims but they seem to be making a habit of denying legit claims.
