I thought this was now the CONSOLIDATED E@RTC thread???

I notice it's not "closed" either.... not sure what the plan is now

Awesome video. Love the cinematography. E@RTC must be one of the best weekly meetings in the country. 250 GTO, nuff said.

I agree with leaving it open. Even if Tom doesn't post any more weekly updates, there will (hopefully) be other users who use the thread to post their photos and videos.

 

I think it is best to just leave this thread open. If not another thread will be started anyways for those that attend E@RTC to post video, pics and comments.

 

Sorry, I thought most people were reading both threads.

I won't point out that's an example of how multiple threads makes it hard to keep track of continuity. Whoops, I just did.

It was pointed out somewhere in that discussion that even though E@RTC was choosing not to post notices, other users might choose to post their own content and that there would inevitably be more threads about E@RTC. Since we've asked users to use this thread, it made sense to reopen it for that purpose. However, since E@RTC is not posting and this is no longer the "Officlal" thread, I'll just retitle it to be more generic.

 

Cool. I was beginning to miss not having a thread but didn't want to post anything new about E@RTC for fear of hacking someone off. All in all, I enjoy both E@RTC and seeing something on FChat about it.

Here's my small number of pictures from last weekend. Most feature my little girl who got up early to join me in this weekend's gathering. Those pictures that don't have her in it were taken by her, which is amazing for an 8 year old and a humble camera phone.

Exotics@RTC is an informal weekly gathering of exotic car owners and enthusiasts, and has gown to become the largest weekly car gathering north of Los Angeles.

The organization at its anchor is made up of roughly fifteen volunteers who do everything they can to make each and every week a unique experience. From the moment you bring your car to display, you’re greeted with someone who can help direct you to the best section to display your car, making it simple for all attendees.

Throughout each season, E@RTC hosts special events including unique prevention cars, new model unveilings, and sessions with automotive company management.
We never know what will show up on a weekly basis, whether it will be a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport, rare Ferrari 250, Aventador, or one of the fastest production cars in the world (the SSC Ultimate Aero). E@RTC also hosts senior automotive executives, including the CEO and senior management team of Lamborghini, famous automotive designers, and some of the most interesting people around.

Nice, Gary. The 964 is actually one of my favorite 911s to drive.

I'm thinking about taking my P race car to E@RTC, then switching to the F car for the Griot's event at 11. Anybody else headed to Griots after E@RTC?

 

Yes! But the Griot's thing starts at 11am...so are people going to leave at 10am? I posted over on their facebook page asking about this...I need to go check back with Tom...

 

That's what I plan to do..leave at 10 am...go get the Italian stallion then head down to Griots.

 

I figure on leaving RTC about 10:15 as I'll be in the F car.

Hi Folks,

The weather reports just modified their forecasts to 20% chance of rain/drizzle in the morning. I'm sorry, but we have to call off tomorrow's E@RTC due to weather.
