    This car will have so many electronic safety nets, it's not an issue. Which makes sense. Hopefully there will be an option to turn them all totally off.

    Yeah that was the idea I had too... back at the start of the thread but just Ferrari like the black and white Records

    Come on be reasonable.

    There is only one way for them to go with the f70. They will mount the engine behind the rear axle and make it front wheel drive.

    How about the Ferrari Commendatore...since its tough to top the name "Enzo", why not use his nickname next?

    Nice idea but I think Audi owns the copyright to the Nuvolari name on a car they used it on a concept a few years back.

    Well, actually that was his title. His nick name was "il Drake" (the dragon). The "Commendatore" sounds nicer though.

    Since it is a surname and surely there are people with that name still, I believe it is impossible for anyone else to own the rights.

    Sure it is! And if you are called Ferrari I don't think that you cannot name your products after you. Tonino Lamborghini does this exact thing, even using the Raging Bull as his emblem! VAG cannot do anything about it even though they own Lamborghini Automobili.
