I'm sure all of you have seen the prototypes of the new car. Of all sites, Jalopnik posted a link to Ferrari's F60/Enzo prototype from 2000 today. You might find it...interesting, to say the least: http://bit.ly/md5cgi
These are well known photos of a well known prototype car that was auctioned off. What are we to find interesting about the post?
If you think so .... I don't. I particularly like the 75. This car looks like a child drew it .... in crayon. But yes I have not seen it in person. Pete
Hopefully the 4C will be closer to the 850kg kerb weight Alfa mentioned when initially showing the concept, than the 'under 1000kg' suggested by some now. The 4C is perhaps the closest we'll come to a 'Dino' (for some years).
Interesting, Ferrari has registered some patents 24 days ago as "Registered and subject to deferment(A2)". They won't be published until the car will be reaveled. In Maranello Ferrari people want to keep the secret well saved.
For all those who may be contemplating the F70's rear end design, it appears that they have decided to go for a natural, organic design for their inspiration: Image Unavailable, Please Login
No, I think the design continues the "thong theme" started with the FF, enhanced in the F12, and now.... http://www.the-bikini.com/!display/display-new.php?gal=thong&img=17
Unluckily the 4C will be heavier. Kerb weight will bit under 1000kg for euro spec and about 70-80 kg more for US spec. Luque
You can make any design look like its influenced by any other these days. Hell i think i see a few inspirations from the pontiac aztec
It looks like f70 could indeed have an active back wing. Patent will be published 25 August 2013 Image Unavailable, Please Login
