    There is one thing that Koenig cannot do and that is style ... I blame Koenig for the ricer mentality, and as far as I am concerned any reference of that name with a Ferrari severely devalues the car.

    Each to their own ... but I hate them ;)

    I agree, there is no need for the radical new body styles. All you need is the turbos and nothing else, remember, your car already looks fast.

    I love Koenig, but ONLY the KCE-1000!

    Others I'm not that fond, atlhough I almost bought an original 560SEL Koenig widebody back in 1990, but it's way too flashy to go to school.

    Willy K also made some strange cars like the XJ-S widebody, 635Csi widebody, etc.

    I guess back then his goa was to fit 345/35-VR15 into every cars... not a good move

    Im sorry to have to say this but that yellow BB is one of the ugliest things i have seen, what left the factory as one of the best looking cars ever to be turned into this thing is criminal, the owner should be shot and buried with that thing.

    I have to say it...I love the Koenig Boxer. That's WAY too much car to run around on factory (read:skinny) wheels, and the Koenig design addresses this shortcoming. I've seen a pic or two of the engine - excellent work, with chrome wire-mesh velocity stacks on the carbs like a Can-Am car.

    Too bad most (or probably all) Koenig bodywork is fiberglass versus aluminum or carbon.

    Anyone recall Kramer, and the Porsches they did?

    It was Diamond black with Gold BBS 3-piece 12x15.
    It was a used 1987 SEL (I think it was 500 not a 560 as I previously stated).

    Actually the car was nice and clean with complete Nakamichi stereo inside, but I was looking for a daily car to go to school and I certainly don't want the attention.

    Driving that on the PCH daily means I will get pulled over when driving 2mph above the 45mph limit :)
