No, they live off uninformed buyers, usually new to classic Ferraris. Also few people can be bothered importing a car themselves, even though it's quite easy.

Having said that, I don't think there are buyers here for a LHD C4 at that price. Even the dumbest person will do a google search before dropping that amount.
