not surprised. even with the colour change it's still a rare spec car.

 

So A Qhestion arises Serge, is it more common within the Ferrari community to see repainted cars not because of accident but simply because people that can afford it buy a car they want and paint it to their liking ? As opposed to wanting and buying a gold Camry because they made 5000 gold Camrys

 

Well looks like F355s in hardtop manual are now a collectors item. Both those berlinettas sold within a month of being posted for big money.

I don't think there are a lot of good ones around that their owners would want to sell.....I see Dick Lovet has dropped the price on 2 Stradale's he has for sale in the U.K. The Grigio one is very well priced.......maybe it's a quiet patch or they are coming back down to realistic prices.......

 

At that price and condition I wonder how often it will actually be driven

Surprisingly it's not one of Wayne's, and it's never been known to the FCA. I note that the ebay auction is already at $80.1K, and not yet made reserve. When you factor in the potential restoration costs on top of that it's going to be an expensive car.
