Surely that's expensive. Speedo overlay is wrong?? and 59k km probably miles= 100k km

 

what's wrong with the speedo? looks fine to me

 

looks like the whole cluster was converted from UK to Aus - temp in C, pressure in bar rather than psi. I suspect odo was converted as well.

 

Looks pretty good to me. And correctly priced, at half the price of a manual 355.

Not true. All models are affected potentially. 3 98 models I know of had the valve guides changed.

 

The import has 360CS dash cluster.

Doesn’t change the fact that it’s a once only fix and surely would have been done by now.

Yeah I didn’t see your reply before posting. Didn’t mean to double up, but yes it is a fallacy that only early cars are affected. The valve guides can be ruined by blown headers too and all F355 with OEM headers are susceptible to that.

 

Really, if they weren't Ferraris, no one would put up with that crap. They're still using the sticky switch stuff too. Disgraceful.
