Actually my mum is doing a great job of spending my inheritance.. But my car is perfectly maintained by me,, unlike you l don’t need to pay people to fix my car.. no wonder the receipts tallied up to $47k on that poor GT4..

Umm,since when does rebuilding an engine fall into the category of maintenance? But l did participate in the rebuilding process to a)learn the how’s and what’s of the 308 engine.. b)speed up the process as it took forever.. Great....I knew that would happen eventually. So, you're angry about a number of things. 1. You paid $45k for a GT4 that needed a $15k engine rebuild because, like the rest of the car, it was stuffed, whereas I paid $35k for a car that DIDN'T need an engine rebuild. You can't differentiate between HAVING to spend money, like you did, and WANTING to spend money, like I did. That's because you're a journeyman car badge chaser, but I'm an enthusiast. 2. You sold that GT4 and bought a non aussie spec 328GTS, and you're angry that I don't like them. It seems to hurt your feelings. 3. You're annoyed that I bought a 328GTB which on the one hand shows (in your mind) that I like them, but angry that I sold it because I found it soulless, relatively speaking, and made a profit on it, even though you don't actually know why I bought it and have the details wrong anyway. The fact that you've referred to it as a UK spec, just shines a light on your blind hate of my opinion and your ignorance. 4. You're angry that I bought a fully restored 308GTB and spent money on it, despite needing nothing. It appears to be beyond your comprehension why I'd do that, but it's ok...my money, my car. I think what annoys you the most is that you actually can't get any of the 'facts' straight because you really don't know them, and because your ego is tied to the way your car if viewed, you feel belittled and ridiculed by anyone saying they're not a fan of 328s. Stiff!

Absolutely, they are one of the most beautiful Ferrari's and as I've said before performance isn't everything. You could always throw a Motec on if desired. IMO its hard to fall in love with a car if you don't thinks its beautiful.
