The mechanical components are literally bolt on bolt off, no drilling or customising at all ,same gearbox in every way .

Yes, the gearbox is the same . You need to source and fit all the gear linkages and clutch pedal, pedal box, associated hydraulics etc etc. And the engine ECU's have different mapping between F1 and manual and the wiring loom is different too. It's a big job to do it properly and it begs the question why ? About 40% of the 360's in OZ are manual so not hard to find, and modified car is always going to be viewed with caution.

Agree. There are faster/cheaper ways to go tarmac rallying and it wouldn't appeal to someone looking for an original 308 GT4, hence took nearly 14? months to sell.
