Engine is done as you know but I am going to take the head off again and put my own Gaskets on as I am not going to gamble on the so called OEM available type. I know mine don't leak!! Pic is one of my gaskets on a 365 engine, I think in the states I will go to colour very soon, all the texture under the clams and wheel wells etc, will be completed this week. The panel alignment and continuity of the blood groove has been a pain. You have these cars stripped and look how they are made and the question arises about Italian Craftsmen??? I like the Blue's. The BB will be Blu Dino Metallizzatto. It took forever, but wee matched it. The early cars had such a fine metallic.
Did you spray both sides of the OEM gasket with Hylomar before installing? They won't leak if that was done. However, guaranteed to leak otherwise!
If the OEM gaskets were properly installed with a sealer, I would hesitate to put the head studs through another stretching torque cycle just to swap the gaskets. You'll have an engine out service due within a few years of using the car, swap the gaskets then if there are any leaks.
