6 speed manual, I’m not a fan of flappy paddles. Aircon and moretti will be pleased to hear it’s also Australian delivered. Believe it or not it took me 6 years to find a car that met my criteria/wish list. IE Orange, Au delivered, less than 35k km, not crashed, full history & manual. After 2004 most are Egear. I love the car. It is a bit wide and clumsy when maneuvering at slow speed (4wd doesn’t help). But when you open it up it’s areal joy and quickly hides its girth. 4wd really helps put the power down when your “making progress”. But it does remove some of the steering feel but given I’m no Michael Schumacher I think it’s a better compromise to keep me out of the scenery...... The only negative is it’s like walking around in a clown costume! Everyone stares at you and you are the center of attention in a way that quickly gets tiring. But then you know that before you even consider buying such a car. So it isn’t really surprising. Besides it’s a toy and I only drive it once a month on average. But I truly love the experience. The noise it makes is epic. I’ll be keeping the Murci until I’m too old to get in and out of it. Strange that most people I’ve met are either Ferrari or Lamborghini fans. Almost like supporting football teams. I take the cars on face value and buy what I like. I don’t gravitate to one manufacturer over another. It’s like the old question “are you a cat or dog person?” I say it is possible to like or dislike both! Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Thanks, lovely to hear your having a good experience with the car, I’m a big fan of them, my mechanic does a lot of work on the Murcielago and I’ve heard some horror stories mainly due to the well hidden Egear system that can require engine removal if problematic but apart from that, what a fabulous car with a bulletproof motor too boot, good for you and thanks for the post Regards Adrian

I refuse to engage in this childish banter Instead here’s a photograph of me looking fabulous again Image Unavailable, Please Login
Wow! This must be some strange, new meaning to the word "fabulous" that I've previously been unaware of!
Doc doesn’t own a Datsun ? I could have sworn I’ve seen him posing next to a Datsun in a fluorescent green Borat playsuit
