I don't see any of these cars selling, some for year's at these prices so they're obviously not worth what these sellers are asking Simon
EGGZACKERY!! The car sold for what someone was prepared to pay for it...a bucket load less than these donkeys, most of which have had a birthday.
2 x Carby cars and 2 x QV’s. All of them for sale for a long time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Why can’t they determine exactly what car it was installed in if they have the engine no.? Seems odd that they can only provide a range of re six months worth of builds.
They can. The factory records are very good for 308s. The reason they won't give you the car chassis number that the engine belongs to is because there would be a re-stamping frenzy! All the mis-matched engines would suddenly disappear, the cars for sale re-advertised as matching numbers, with the associated certificate or Classiche to confirm it. There is a chance that engine was never installed in a car as well.
My neighbor arrived at his holiday house which is next door in his 458. He invited me over for a beer, and I will say 458"s are great looking things However who f... designed the seats, Giuseppe with butt implants? Seriously the seat base is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat in, what the, is that all about. I could best describe it as sitting on two flat rocks one under each cheek bone. Hes had the car for 7 years and hates the seats and sits on a cushion..seriously.
