True story,

In the early 2000s plenty of wealthy Chinese would buy there student children ,homes in Melbourne with clear titles,

and give 'em the title deeds to said home.

I had a couple of 'em car to my firm wanting to borrow always with 12 payments paid up front so they could buy cars, pay debts,lifestyle.....Gambling!

They were hopeless we would lend them month after month and when we were up to a too high lend value ratio ,gives us the keys and head back to Chinah!

More and more of these guys/girls came to us ..............and I retired at 51 !
