nothing really to pay off mate. thats why my car money is gone, i dont believe in having a mortgage, otherwise i'd get a cheaper house.
Go to Suncorp website - it's there in black and white; plus split loans with part of the loan secured against a parents (or others) property... one lady I know is doing this for her daughter, against all advice, says she 'has' to to help kids... First home buyers using the dole as deposit are our equivalent of sub-prime and I think they're running something like 25% of new loans this year.
LOL! It's so original you almost want to keep it that way and sell it to a museum in a few more years as 'perfectly preserved"!
First home buyers using the dole? shakes head. Sub prime oh yea and who do you think is doing these loans? Still not 110% as they are using 2 properties as security. Thus the the LVR would be far less then your claimed 115%. 25% of new loans are sub prime? Do you know what is a sub prime loan,I don't think you do. But hey what would I know, only been brokering for 20 years and over 12,000 loans.
man, if even 2% of those are still active, i'd love to recieve your trailing payments but one thing i know is that Australia is one of the hardest places to get finance. even when i was earning $#00,000 per year i could not borrow allot, even when it was for investment with business plans or Due Diligence etc. yet the news always seems to be full of stories of people in debt up to their eyeballs with some $40k pa job. i guess those things only happen when you're dishonest with your loan/credit applications, and if thats the case people deserve everything they get.
a lot of them were proc fees only but yea was a great business, but my time has come for a new challenge.
My brother sent me this pic via MSN. Its from the NAB saying he has pre-approval for $600K to buy another property to move into. He has a single income of $116K, a wife + 2 kids. He has a $40K car loan, a $3K credit card debt and he owns his own home. Not really that hard to get finance if HE can borrow another $600K. He has MINIMAL savings too I think. He is not very good with his money. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Lol! Nah man, all legit I am sure. He can get the loan, but I would love to see him try and manage his money to pay it off!
Always is! He blew $500 on GG's 4th b'day party today. The kid is 4 yrs old FFS! The Mario and Luigi toys on his cake cost him $50, just because GG wanted a Mario and Luigi cake!
If I were living on the Gold Coast, then thats what I would do. Dont want to buy a 'nice one' and rent it out while I live here.
