I haven't read all the posts in this thread, but i see most of you don't belive his bhp claime! You can get 700hp @ 2,5bar.
Btw, the event in these photos are "Gatebil", a verry popular track day here in Norway. I was there and saw that 360 Challenge myself, awsome:D
But there are lots of crazy builds here in Norway!! F.ex an e34 BMW with 1033bhp, 3,6l M5 engine. WRC Escort(wrecked now this summer...) with 700+bhp, cosworth engine! So don't mess with us:p
And attacking his english is just lame..come on guys.. Try to write Norwgian? Can you do that so damn great? Didn't think so;)
It sure was alot of cool cars at "Gatebil", but for me the 360 Challenge was the best one! Ferrari 4 ever

Hey guys.. Had an nice weekend?
Great!! About the "confront" issue... What more is there to say?
I did smoke that Ferrari that day... Maybe next time a Ferrari smokes me..

    Who knows...

About the power! Its no fake figures..
I have dyno sheets to confirm it! About the stress level of the engine..
Yup of course the the engine is more stressed then the org. engine..
BUT the engine is also build to handle the stress.. The engine in as strong as it can be! I use 3 fuel pumps, 2 fuel coolers, largest oil cooler possible to fit on the car, knife edge crank, forged pistons ++++ The list is posted earlier on..

So again.. Jump me if you want, but you can never beat me!
Speak up if you know what you are talking about... If not... dont!

    PS: Power figure:
RTE race fuel 106 octane at 2.15 bar it made:
561.1 bhp at the wheels@6500 RPM (718.2 at the flywheel)
486.7 lbft at the wheels@5500 RPM (608.3 at the flywheel)

    Have a great day guys!

who cares ! ferrari is not always the best on track. as a matter of fact lest those of you with short memeories forget - ferrari didnt win a wc for 21 years before schumi finally cracked the nut in 2000 !

and they are having a mediocre year this time as well. nor have they won le mans in many years.

originally ferrari sold cars in order to race. arguably they still do this, altho racing to sell cars must be high on their list as well....

at the end of the day, what would i rather roll around in? a car that is more powerful than everybody elses, or a rolling piece of art that happens to be pretty damn fast? i already answered that question....

the rest of you trying to compare width and girth here are wasting your time and missing the point.

Did you forget to tell us one simple fact...

No passing in corners in driving schools unless you are in instructor level.

I can believe that an Evolution can be a sharp knife in the right hands, but unless you actually had a better overall time in a real race this is just taunting.

I'd take the EVO... just by the sheer torque, handling, and overall function. I'd rather run an Evo like this at 50-75% than "worrying" about a $200k car. I do enough worrying with my $10k car.

Besides, there are more 360's running around the EVO's.

    :D
