For years my creeper was either a piece of cardboard, or an old wooden model with metal wheels from when I was in high school. As my back and neck continue to decay, I needed something better, and after saving some birthday cash I purchased a Kreepster--see http://kreepster.com/ . It is the most amazingly comfortable (and absurdly priced) creeper I have ever used.

Anyway, Costco has them for a slightly less absurd price, see http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product...opnav=&browse=. They also have Arcan air jacks.

I have no affiliation, YMMV, etc.

Nice... $198 from Kreepster or $159 from Costco - pretty decent savings!

Oh, and FYI - the Kreepster.com link in your post doesn't work unless you remove the ")"...

It does look nice...I might have to order one. A good creeper and jack-stands are a still a lot less than a lift :)

That is a crazy looking creeper. Maybe a little over designed with the tool/parts trays built into the sides of it. And personally i think its too wide.

Those air jacks are sweet. I have been looking at bottle jacks to use with my 4-post lift and like these much better. Thanks!

I haven't found it to be too wide, but it is indeed wider than the standard creeper. My favorite thing is how well the thing rolls--I have an exposed aggregate driveway, and it just glides over that.

I know you said it was very comfortable, but there looks to be a bar across the width of where your back would lay. Is it jut the photo or does it cause any contact/pain with your back?

Thank you, I've been looking at the new ones for a while and need to get one

That bar functions somewhat as a lumbar support. I don't really notice it, or the one time I did it felt comfortable. But I agree, just in looking it seems like it would be bad--works great though.
