No carbon on outside and very little inside. Likely £80/90k over list. Shocked that even got a slot so early on in the delivery run.

I would say with black the carbon is a bit wasted anyway, the matte black I think complements it. Would love to see a Satin wrap on that though, think it would look very stealth.

    No racing seats, deal breaker!
Don’t understand not to choose the outstanding racing seats that are simply a must in this car.

Very little carbon inside? It’s got driver zone, dash, tunnel, there’s not a hell of a lot left to do outside of those bits sans the must have race seats and perhaps door inserts if he would have went AF.

Inside could have had the must have racing seats, Alcantara carpets and don't think it's even got the carbon door kick plates. From what I can see there isn't any carbon on the outside either.

No different to going into a top London restaurant and asking for tap water with one main course between two.

This owner obviously did not intend to keep the car and simply wanted to flip it on.

I am not saying every Ferrari needs the whole option list of inside and outside CF parts.
As soon as ranges in the 500ks are reached I would always at least add the visible ones. Hey, who would care to spend some tens of thousands more in order to give such a car the best finish it deserves!

I have to agree, at this price level you would expect most people to spec a reasonable amount of external carbon, it will be quite tough to find a buyer without it IMHO

To me the carbon is already a fairly dated option and will go by the wayside sooner than later. I also think carbon trim is very color dependent in that for me, it looks lousy on several exterior colors and some interior colors. “At this price level” means people should build what they want, not what they think the next owner might like later on…

I strongly disagree, the car will drive the same. its the car that people are buying

optional carbon is mainly a visual / bragging rights thing designed to make additional money, it has little impact and barely saves any weight (cf wheels etc aside)

Completely agree. When you can add a carbon package to a Honda Civic the prestige or bragging rights is gone. I rarely spec carbon on any of my recent cars as I feel it is a complete waste. I have never had a problem selling any of them due to the lack of carbon. I’m fact I have found that they are easier to sell as they typically come in lower than a car with full carbon. If the next buyer insist on carbon they can add it aftermarket and save a ton. With that being said, with certain colors carbon does add to the “look” but with a darker color you would be hard pressed to tell the difference.

I agree with black it's not so important because the matte black almost blends in but all the same it's a low spec and the resale value will always be dependant on the list price.

On this particular car the whole argument is irrelevant when it's been flipped so the car hasn't been specced for him or her it's been pushed through at a price point to get it on the market to make a quick buck.

If I were in the UK, I would buy it and drive it. It will drive the same as my spec which is probably 200k USD more. It is an amazing car and any access is good.

I lucked into a 488 spider with 682 miles when I was looking for a 458 spider. It was the same money and I enjoyed it for 16 months before my F8 came in. I loved that car and in its use, no loss in enjoyment was had with the lack of car in, racing seats, or other options. I never turned the radio on. It had shields.

I suspect if forced to drive such a bland spec, we would get by.

I don’t particularly like carbon. Does that mean I cheap out when I spec my cars? No. It would be dumb to spec things I don’t like just to make the car more expensive.

    That’s silly.

    I’m a sick puppy!!

Still, I’m seriously considering a used coupe.

    That has carbon fiber.

    How stupid is that!?!?

Black is really the best for the SF90. That one looks great.
