    The FLAT Cavalino Badge.

It came in 'Aluminum' and Flat Black (Annodized).

Did Ferrari make and use it in a smaller version than the 120mm one used on the Testarossa?

    Dave,

That is exactly what I am asking about. :)

Did they make a flat one in the smaller size like the sculpted chrome ones found on the back and sometimes grill of the 308 Series and other models?

Not that -I- personally have ever seen!

Of course, you could always take a sculptured one ... and then find a belt sander ... !

Know anyone with a CNC who might be able to make one?

The flat large badge was only properly used to the best of my knowledge on the Boxers in silver and on the TR's through about 89 in black. A smaller one was used on the 328 front grill but is NLA. I had heard and in fact I loaned a spare I have to be reproduced but not sure if it ever came to fruition.

You would cut an item like this out of .09 / .12 (aluminum or stainless) flat stock, on a flat laser or waterjet. Might check with a local industrial heating and air conditioning shop who fabricates ductwork.
