    Boeing/Jeppesen just pulled their Russian support. I don't know if the Russians use Jepps or have a homegrown alternative, but it can't help. Especially in the modern western airliners that they have.

    No, because the Russian government just grounded all foreign-owned aircraft. That includes aircraft leased from foreign owners.
