Where you hanging around outside Miller on Sat at about 3pm.? I drove in there in my yellow 355 and exchanged a few words with a nice kid with an impressive looking camera who snapped a pic of my car. Was that you?

Small world. Nice photo. Yes, I live in the area. I am sure we will meet again at some event or another. I go down to Miller from time to time to check out the cars and chat with Werner who is always willing to talk cars :) They had a green lusso and a stunning yellow 275 short nose in the back being worked on.

    Hi Jason,

Did you get any photos of the Lusso or 275 GTB? Your time would be much better spent getting interesting photos of the vintage cars than a relatively, speaking, (especially in Greenwich), red 360. Cheers.

If its your first digital camera i recomend the Rebel XT. the 20D is a much more professional camera. The thing i like about the XT is its the lightest SLR camera on the market right now. The thing i dont like is the pictures are so big they eat up a ton of memory on your computer (8MP camera-3-5 MB file size on computer) I have a 3 GB memory card so im not really worried about running out of space on the card when i go out taking pictures.

Thanks!! I really appreciate comments like that :D

I bought my camera through Ritz camera and only the body with the 18-55 lens. I would recomend getting a longer lens though...and a polarizer if its for taking pictures of cars. I would also recomend a big memory card, they take compact flash. Otherwise I was thinking of getting the D70 but im glad i got the XT :)

Im glad you like the picture :) Tommy Hilfiger is a really cool guy and im glad he didnt mind sitting on the side of the road to talk to me.

    Jason nice shots.........

I've got the 20D and my shots don't look as good as yours..lol

As for your issue with the driver, I think there is a big difference between shots with the owner in the frame. You really should ask first if you want to take a picture.....out of respect.... ESPECIALLY if an owner is in the picture. If he / she asks for some privacy, I suggest you give it. One, you don't know this person and don't know what he is capable of. Second, it's just the right thing to do and you don't want to get a bad rep.

    Again, great shots....

Thanks :) The only problem is he was on his cell phone so i couldnt ask if i could take a picture (didnt want to be rude and interupt). Ive never had a problem with taking pictures of someone in their car. I guess you live and learn so from now on I'll have to start asking if a picture is alright.
