    LOL. I don't need to deal with something not being usable by the majority - why do I care what someone else uses? I know it works for me, so denying it isn't going to do much good, I just haven't bought one because I think something similar but improved in a few ways will be along soon. Feel free to buy one of those and tell us how much you hate it whilst I'm happily getting stuff done on one, if you like :)

    Got the W501 in at work and ive had a play with it. it comes with a keyboard docking station which practically turns it into a netbook. I cant see much use for it over a netbook, other than the fact it has touchscreen. it seems to run windows ok, but so does any other laptop. problem is though, they dont close flat like a laptop, so you have to carry them seperately... i dont get why they did this.

    the A500 is still going fine, i like it, use it to browse the net mostly. its really a toy for me so the windows version doesnt make sense.

    There is also the new Asus epad transformer out, its basically the same as the a500 iconia, runs android 3 (honeycomb) but it comes with a docking station keyboard.... this has a battery in the keyboard too, so it takes it to ~15hrs battery life. the keyboard also adds multiple usb ports. AND it folds closed like a laptop. this would be the pick of the bunch...

    the transformer epads are ~$850ish

    yeah definite the best non iPad tablet on the market at the moment.

    Yeah. I can't see any Power PC user can seriously believe this is better lol. I wasn't going to jailbreak it but I think I have to, its just so restrictive.... unless there is an app lol

    I highly recommend getting appshopper :eek:


    Still its a neat little toy :)

    How do you delete photos? I loaded some from my laptop and a lot of them are repeats many times over. I can blue tick select photos, but the red delete button does nothing to the selected pics. How fundamentally stupid is the machine.....or is it just me?
