    Fellow track drivers... I just bought a very cool Iridium shield for my Bell helmet. It arrived today, and although I looked like a goofball, I wore it outside to see how it did in the bright late-afternoon glare of a setting sun.

    WOW !!! It was like wearing my Maui Jim glasses, but within the safety of a helmet. Colors seemed more clear; glare was considerably reduced.

    Anyone else use a tinted shield? I got mine here:

    This should shave time & allow you to focus on situation at hand instead of frigging sliding, drifting, downshifting, pondering, squinting, cursing.
