Do any of you with knowledge of production schedules have any idea when the last 2017 F12 will leave the factory? Perhaps the last FF production might be instructive given the Lusso was introduced in March of 2016, and the F12M is rumored for the same time in 2017?

It would have to be one of the 70th anniversary cars, no ? My production run was the last for the regular/standard edition cars I believe.

I suspect you're right about the 70th anniversary cars. As for the standard edition, they're definitely still in the pipeline...I have a confirmed November 28 final production. It's got me wondering how close I am to the end.

I guess I was speaking to North American production allocations.

Mine is a US allocation too. I know when I ordered (july/august) they seemed to be eager for orders to take the remaining production schedule...my dealer had to lock in a spec car just before I ordered.

I guess if there's a confirmed delivery for March there must considerably more to go...assuming that's a standard edition?

I also have a March delivery F12 for the UK market in the pipeline. I am told that F12 will be built up until factory closure in August 2017.

Thanks for all the responses...appears there must still be 100's of happy deliveries still to come. Definitely a longer run than I think many of us were led to believe not so many months ago.

I tried to order a new F12 three months ago from Ferrari of Orlando. They said no.

So now I am looking at ordering a Huracan.

Maybe try again? It could be that Ferrari wanted to focus on all the 70th Anniversary cars (LaF Aperta included) for financial booking reasons and now that they were able to hit their goal, they have some more breathing room and have decided to continue making the F12 till the F12M comes out.

Not really on topic but related one of my cars is a 550 that was in the last 30 . I say because there are many 575s with earlier S/N then my 550.. so i wonder if they sell all the last of whatever model they can while they slowly ramp up production of the new model . This would make each dealer have several lasts slots. Like as long as they get orders they keep opening up slots.?? or maybe not or something in-between .

FYI. When I ordered my F12 a couple of months ago for March 2017 delivery, I was told that Ferrari Northern Europe had allocated a further 25 x F12 build slots for 2017 and that would be the end of F12 production.

    Justin,

Will you keep your FF or trade it against the F12 ? I am on the cusp of committing on an F12M but I am not sure I can bear to part with the FF, as it fits in to my life so perfectly. Of course the F12M would be a while yet, but one likes to plan these things.

Justin the F12M has some of the highest forward orders for yours play the game and order and decide later.

It's misplaced N/A hysteria whereas actually V12 N/A and hybrid in 2020 could make N/A look pedestrian.

I'm really fond of my FF Oliver. I've had it for 15 months and it hasn't missed a beat. It is so comfortable and usable and I really think there is nothing like it apart from a Lusso of course.

The reason I'm getting the F12 is that I've wanted one since I saw it at launch. I bought the FF for the four seats as I had Maserati GT before that but the rear seats are hardly ever getting used.

I will probably sell the FF as it will get very little use. I will really miss it though, not for the four seats but for the all round comfort and usability. I'm really hoping the F12 will tick all the boxes but just slightly concerned about living with it in winter and cold temperatures where the FF is simply incredible.

I wouldn't rule out a Lusso at some point in the future, V12 of course, as that's what makes F12, FF, Lusso and soon to be F12M the amazing cars they are are and the core reason we love them.

Agree, to me the F12 is the pinnacle and I suspect it will feel like the FF turned up to 11 performance wise and prove a lot more agile. For sure it won't have the all weather usability of the FF, but in the UK we seldom get sustained periods of harsh climate.

All V12 Ferrari's seem like very special motor cars to me.
