    I don't. I don't think that guy has it.

Sutil would be a good option.

I'll go in 50/50 with anyone if that means getting rid of him.

Sutil is available now and would drive for next to nothing. Massa looks like a man in torment, I think that Sutil would easily outperform him.

Each week you can see the parallels of the “Ruben and Michael” show.

The frustration in his face shows in every photo.

I agree, but i mentioned Jules because he is under contract and it would be a chance for Ferrari to really evaluate him.

Except that Rubens could match or beat Michael on occasion. Alonso outperforms Massa by every performance metric.

Massa now being told that he's expected to pick up the pace starting at the next race.

    Or else what? Who knows.

Lets sum's up Mass's performance for 2012 season = :( Ferrari dropped from third to fourth place for the constructor's championship and he’s been lapped twice by everyone this year including his own team mate. :( And Massa is having a very difficult time trying to improve on his qualifying for front row placement on the grid but failed numerous times trying to get out of Q2. What more can Massa do before everyone’s convinced that he needs to be replaced ASAP!

That is what I do not understand. Seems to me Ferrari prefer to keep Massa, , but lose places in the WCC. And loosing points if I am not mistaken means loosing $$$$. Does anyone knows if Jean Todt's son is still Massa's manager?

Good post. In the Senna movie, Prost states " Ayrton didn't want to just beat me, he wanted to humiliate me." I don't think Fred wants to humiliate Phil but he is. Let's face it, Massa is getting his arse kicked BIGTIME. Question is how much longer will Luca tolerate Phil's woeful performance; I give Phil two more GPs and if he poops the bed he's gone. I'd put Rossi in the car (Alexander, not Valentino) just to get some good publicity and sell some merchandise especially if/when the circus comes to the USA.

Well Massa isn't particularly great around Monaco so I can't forsee this next race going any better.

Really what is the point of keeping Massa? He is a broken man in many respects, he will never be a contender at least at Ferrari. He needs to go now. How many millions are being frittered away as he struggles to finish a race? This money doesn't come out of thin air, somewhere FIAT employees will lose their jobs and their families will suffer. Cut the crap.

Personally, the race after Monaco (is it Canada?) should be the last race for him. If he doesn't suit up this next 2 races, then yes, he should be replaced.

he was in 08, laping 1s quicker then everyone else in the rain until the safety car and latter Ferrari strategy ruined his race.....this year he won´t be good anywhere!!!
The thing is, in the first year after his accident he ocasionaly was faster than alonso but, race by race he started to get worse!!!!Specially after the infamous German G.P.
Ferrari can´t afford to keep on loosing points like this, especialy now that seems the car is startig to get competitive. I also don´t believe felipe is going to end the season.....

I think you've hit the nail on the head. I don't reckon his drop in performance has been because of the accident. Ferrari has broken his spirit.
