The Michael Schumacher Career/Injury/Recovery Thread

With all due respect some of us just want updates without all the nonsense.

Seriously, the legitimate news organs are a much better source.

 

right Ian, and there hasn't been for some weeks or even months; only speculation and commentary on what the family or Sabine or the media ought to do. To me the only truly useful and therefore interesting posts have been from Goodwood, Ontario by Doctor Andrew.

 

From LDM today;

He must tackle it with the courage and determination that he always showed on track. Myself, everyone at Ferrari and all his fans are always thinking of him.”
That was what Luca di Montezemolo told Ferrari.com while in Spain.

 

That gives me a glimmer of hope.

I'd like to think that he has an idea if all is lost.

What a great statement

Its amazing how supportive the Ferrari family is to Michael even after being away from the team, its really great to see comments like that.

 

Michael was family there and always was even while at MB. He brought and often even helped cook/clean for the team. They were one tight unit, I just hope ferrari has that magic again one day.

 

How do you mean?

 

As I have heard, Michael would often go to the restaurant across the street and pick up and even help cook dinner for the team. The restaurant there has pics of Michael in the kitchen with an apron and of course the owners talk about it as I've heard.

 

Oh, the old one across from old factory gates or Montana?

 

I bet it is Montana. The one across the street is too formal/busy and in the wrong place for track activities

We've gotta watch out for the news seekers and, more importantly, the self proclaimed 'fittest dude on the planet by a wide margin'.........
