Gotta go with the 66-68 Long nose 275 GTB's Most of them were 4 cam cars but a few of the alloy bodied 6c's and 2 cam long nose cars are out there.. Simply gorgeous no matter how you look at it.
The Enzo may have the technology and performance, but it still looks like an anteater. Who needs 3 sec. 0-60/220mph capability in a road car anyway?
i do... and i need 660 horsepower and gobs of torque and the most beautiful, most perfect design the world has ever known... i need a kick-ass red "START" button in the middle of my carbon fiber-laden cockpit and i need black racing seats and Ferrari racing red gauges... i need taillights that people will take endless pictures of, the world over... i need a level of exotic behavior from a car, standing still, that far surpasses ANYthing EVER made. Ever. i need an Enzo.
I hear you; need is all in the eye of the needer. I need the 250 TDF in the second photo in post#26, this thread, so that puts us in the same place , different perspective.
For classic Ferraris I like the 250 line-up. For the semi-modern Ferraris I like the F40s and the F50s. For the modern Ferrari I would have to put my vote in on the Enzo.
my vote is for the dino in terms of sheer asthetics. it is a shame that a more powerful version was not available (if you do not include the 365 p). other than that, the 275gtb is the embodiement of sports car.
I agree... Stunning from about any angle, inside or out. Oh BTW - Fantasy Junction has a 2-cam 66 longnose for sale... http://www.fantasyjunction.com/search.php?dd=www.fantasyjunction.com:auto:FJ112
