I've been in a 355ch with a wing. It goes around corners MUCH faster and with more stability than mine without. Personally, I'd rather be slower than have the wing...but that's just me.
That owner, if he is the owner, is pretty stupid. Its one thing it you do a burnout or a donut every once and a while, but to do continuous ones like that is wasteful. Id rather throw it around 15mph corners at 40mph and autox it, or use it the way it was meant to be used. Pluys the tires would last longer I think it could be body shop guys or something. there is no steep learning curve when doing donts in a car. It isnt exactly hard to cut the wheel and floor it. Ferraris are not some mythical beast that can only be tamed by a skilled master, any idiot can drive one and do burnouts and donuts in it.
you've got to be kiding me. anyone on this list really thinks that guy legitimately owns that car? It's in the equivalent of a DMZ or at least a ghetto. With all of them gawking at the engine (including the driver) and then just beating the snot out that that thing in a public street... yeah, that's the lergal titled owner. yeah, right. -dq
taht wing was sick the front was sick and the way he was treating that piece of art was sick.but i bet he was having fun though.

Take the example of Los Angeles, the city built to accommodate cars but not walking human beings. In LA many people think nothing of driving 45 minutes just to go a bar to have a drink. Instead of having neighborhoods where one finds a whole street of bars or cafes, places to socialize are spread out over the city. North American cities lack any pre-capitalist history; they were built from the beginning by the dictates of capital, with government help. The result: urban blights that are more adapted to the automobile than the human being. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- In 1997, US states spent $29 billion in state funds on corrections, and $14 billion on social welfare for the poor. I can already see the e-bay ad now..... "like new euro 355 GTS. Front end replaced from minor rock and bug chips, driven by an old lady to the grocery store, always maintained and never abused, recent clutch and tires, don't miss this opportunity to buy a pristine 355 at a reasonable price". Oh by the way, in case anyone asks.....the 30k was done when the engine fell out..........
Oh my god. You have got to be one of the most jaded, boring, pseudo-intellectuals to walk the face of the planet. I read through your pompous, misguided post and just had to read a sampling of your other 100 contributions to this forum to see if they were all equally pungent steaming piles of crap. Sadly, only half of them were. The real unfortunate part is that you don't have the capacity to see how tragically off-center you are in your righteous persecution. I doubt you ever will. In fact, keep looking for slights where there are none. Keep looking for human-rights offenders by analyzing their bulletin board posts. Keep searching for those that are your moral and intellectual inferiors by scouring through their verbiage. Its somewhat entertaining. Here's to looking forward to the next 100 steaming piles of crap.
it truly makes me sad to see someone abuse a car that i revere...its really not so much the driving as it is what has actually been done to the car itself. ernie
What is all this crap? This is supposed to be a Ferrari site, if you have strong political views or grievances, either keep your posts really short or find a political forum and dont waste space on this forums server!! Just my opinion, but Im sure the majority would agree. Just one more thing, if you do want anyone to even bother looking at anything you write in the future, check it first and make sure it makes sense!!!
Hi Guys, the link is still working; I couldnt get it to work initially but after downloading the latest version of Windows Media Player it works fine. Just use a search engine looking for it, or go directly to the Microsoft site and download it. Good luck, its worth a look, it looks hard on the car, but as someone wrote earlier, probably didnt hurt it, except tires and front bar, maybe, as it is an over-engineered performance car.
Had that stunt been performed at a vacant lot it might have been more amusing. I fail to see the humour in putting others safety at risk while tearing up a beautiful car and showing off poor driving skills.
