In all seriousness, there is a big difference between a fast driver and a slow driver, versus a fast driver and a dangerous driver. Slow does not mean dangerous. Some folks just find themselves in bad places at the wrong time - all the time, and these are the poor folk that have the 'dangerous' tag hung on them. Eliseo Salazar seemed to be in the wrong place at the wrong time quite often in the 80's, and does anybody remember Andrea DeCesaris?
Uyko Katayama - drove for Tyrell. I recall him crashing numerous times on the track with no one in sight. I guess he just couldn't keep it between the two white lines.
