MEanWhile, back at the ranch, Sunday is cable guy day- it is a long story, but they don't quite have the same standards of excellence when it comes to broadcast equipment that I do- therefore, a special visit is being paid to my house on Sunday by the cable co. to make sure my HD feed is good. I'm tired of putting up with the vagaries of DirectTV HD. So, You guys have a nice run.

Just to provide a little more clarity on the meeting point, I attach the following map. The center square shows the toll-bridge coming from the Lincoln Tunnel. The lower left square shows the rest stop, which is immediately after the toll, when heading South on the NJ Turnpike. I can do that.. Just get me his address or where in PAmboy we're meeting. I will probably end up meeting in PAmboy. My anticipated co-pilot lives in PAmboy. Something tells me he wont be able to drag his 25 year old ass outta bed that early so I should look for someone else. Just get me the address and Ill get us going out west 287 to 78. Do we want twisties?? If we go out 78, highway run is great but you have a lot of slow living "country" type towns that will hurt you if you break 25 on their back roads with all the cars we have. Might be better to stick with the highways out west NJ. Let me know what you guys think. I know one spot thats decent but when we hit the downtown area for a few blocks you HAVE to do 25 mph.
Do you think the backroads will be clear of snow and ice by Sun.? Hope so, as it's supposed to be warmer tomorrow.
