Ofcourse it's not always fun to be carefull with what you write or ask about... but that's life

and BTW... i have been used to that attitude since i was a kid

I do both!! I got a nice "easy to read" wine book from Lenny for my birthday.
It's nice to identify etickets on the bottles or to read about the history from the wine castles or wine houses.................
But best way is tasting!!

I bought one of those books for my father too He likes to read it and he know allready quite a lot about wine now not an expert at all... but he know which districts that is great etc.

Maybe we have to organize a "Fchatters red wine trip" to France.....or something like that. Visit some winehouses and taste lots of wines.........................I am sure a few Fchatters, like Wolfgang, have some contacts.

But be carefull... he is talking in a mixture of: Danish, german, english and french And he thinks he's so great in e.g. english... and he's NOT But at least he's not affraid at all for just talking
