You surf on eBay to much!!

 

I can send a drawing, packed in a tube arround the World by snail mail for 61 DKR,(uninsured of course)...that's less than 10 Euros, so I'm not gonna pay more than 100 Euros to get a drawing to the US....not even in a private jet!!! Hell..... I could as well buy a plane ticket to the US and hand over the drawing myself for that money!

 

Havent been there so much lateley actually...hmmm...maybe I should pick it up again soon
so I can get some MOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE models

 

and STILL have money left in your pocket...


61 Danish is not so bad though...takes a little longer of course, but hey - whats the rush.
Express shipping is extremly expensive, even up here

Actually express was cheaper with UPS than their standard....about half the price! So if I would use UPS to send a standard packet from here to the US, then I was going to pay more than 200 Euros for that, and it would take longer to reach it's destination.....weird company

Shipping quotes is one of them, I dont buy so much from the US anymore, cause I'll find it cheaper on the german Ebay - there I pay 8,60 Euro for a package from Germany to Norway, with this price I can get TWO models in the same box...its upto 2 KG, UNinsured of course, insured costes 36€ and have a weight limit at 5 KG.

One model from the US costes 21 USD and 32 USD for 2 models. (Air, UNinsured)

Only a very small and exclusive one .....we are going to meet Roel and Lenny at their home later this summer or in the autumn ......and of course we have the Racing day in Legoland on 5th of June.... but otherwise none I think!
