10-12 months Just busy with aythority's now for the permissions. Will take at least 3 months before first spade is allowed to touch the ground

Yep agree!!! Actually I had a conversation with Nanna about that yesterday And I felt eeeeh like my parents... when they told me: When i was a young kid, I had to walk 20 km to school... weather it was rain or 2m of snow !!!! Oh boy did they have a hard life!!!!
