Still the Relais problem.
When the engine is hot or has standing in the sun the relais on the starter won't work. (called heatsoak)
Lot of guys helped me with the problem in the Technical section.

Today I received a "wiring diagram" from Malcolm of Maranello Concessonaired LTd in UK. Will have to make an extra "shortcut to solve the problem.
It isn't an unknown problem with 308 and Mondials.
Ferrari Italy Spa adviced the Ferrari dealers in the 80's to make the shortcut.
Mine doesn't have it.

Most annoying is that it sometimes does, sometimes it doesn't.
Normally it has to cool down for 30 minutes and it is ok again.
Now the Mondi is allready standing there for 6 hours.
When it is in the "cool" garage it ALWAYS starts!!
Now I even can't shut down the engine at the fuelstation.

Will make it when I am back home from holiday.

Okay I didn't know that about Mondial's.... But strange that it was never done on yours The previous owner must have had the same problem
But great that you finally found a digram so that you can fix it

Yes, I was thinking the same about the former owner.
But the problem just happens since 2 months, first months it didn't.
It took me a few weeks to figure out the problem.
