Nice catch! I love how some of these fellows who claim to own a fleet of the most expensive automobiles on the planet, most of which are out of the price bracket of even the wealthiest 1% of Americans, display grammar and keyboard skills reminiscent of a 14 year old girl discussing her nail polish of choice on some instant messenger. The best, however, it when they even misspell the names of the cars they claim to own. You'd think a millionaire would be more erudite, eh?
The Ford is as cool as any Ferrari, if you don't agree, don't get one. A cool car can have any name on it and be cool if it's cool. The Ford GT is cool!! And will retain that coolness over time! The Gallardo is just another Lambo; no big deal unless you like such things. Why not get a classic like a 246 or something from before the early 70's? How about getting a Miura and throwing money at it until it's right (it WILL take an effort!) These are timeless cars that say a lot more than any Gallardo or 360. Ken
I would go with the Lambo. I like the Ford GT but the only downside to that is taking it in for service with the rest of the Fords. One of my summer jobs during college was as a lot attendant at a Ford dealership. I know things. Just go with me on this and take the Lambo.
Go for the Ford. It's more rare so it'll hold it's value better. The Gallardo value will drop fast. The factory is trying to produce as many as possible, even building them in Germany to meet the demand. Soon they'll be an over-supply and the prices will drop.
