Your memory served correctly. For the record, I have no problem with that specific ban, it was carried out equally and fairly. Necessary or not, I don't know, but it was fair. However, I think calling some one a F--- a--hole is sure in violation of one of the posting rules Sam posted(thats sticky on top of this board), thus I am curious what the moderating stance is. Don't take this personal, its purely for my own information, so I can play by the rules.

Nah, I know crystal clear it is a grey area. But my point that you are really not getting, is: If 2 different people stepping on that same spot in THAT GREY AREA under the same circumstance, they should be treated eqaually.
