Another example of Ferrari's brand expansion and diversification through co-branding. At $3000 (no, I did not forget a decimal point), Sound & Vision magazine said that this is either "the cheapest Ferrari, or the most expensive table radio ever". They describe the audio quality as "unbelievable", however.

Just gonna go ahead and say B.S. We'd have to have an F60 and F70 first.

It's a radio and it is called the F80. 3K? Not rushing out to buy one.

Ah! I'm wary clicking the link at work. I just assumed the wrong F80, haha.

    Won't be rushing either.

    Thanks Jim.

was the enzo not considered the F60? the f40 was made on the 40th anniv. the f50 on the 50th and the enzo(f60) was on the 60th. is that right to assume?

You're right about the F40 and F50, but the Enzo was in-between. This year should be the year for an F60, but one has yet to appear.....

That depends entirely on how many used radios you have overpayed for in the past.

just look who makes it. only one of the best, most expensive manufacturers in the biz. some of their home theater processors are over 20k. and you'd still need amps and speakers. I imagine that thing sounds awesome. I have a friend that's a manager at a meridian dealer, i'll have to see if they are getting one.

    More to come:

"The Meridian F80 is the first in a new range of co-branded
products that redefine the concept of high performance,
    transportable home entertainment systems."

    I don't care who makes it. I will pay 3000 $ for a CD-player or even 6000 $ amplier but never for a radio...
