Update: I was just at FoW today and was advised that the new owner has taken over. They were not able to process my credit card transaction as the bank accounts are still being established for the new group. The overall atmosphere seemed to be much more upbeat...

 

I hope you were not trying the old "9 credit cards for a Ferrari" trick

 

In today's financial environment it takes a minimum of 15 credit cards.

 

No, it worked even better as they let me go without paying.

Anyone know how the waiting list and deposits are being handled?

 

Went to FOW on Saturday, everyone is so professional and nicely dressed. Also talked to one young gentleman for some time. Very nice and educated.

 

Glad to hear the good feedback. I am new to ownership in this area obviously, so I don't have all the long term ties to FoW that many of you have, but I wish the new owner success and plan on driving out and spending some time there once it warms up a little.

"I entered into a plea bargaining over a speeding ticket. The plea bargaining states that I should get 90 days of hard suspension on my driver's record and be able to apply for restricted for another 90 days, for a total of 6 months of suspension (3 months hard suspension - 3 months Restricted). Now wed was the day I could go and get it restricted. There was a different judge at the docket and he did not approve it. The judge who gave me this plea, is a substitute judge and he may not go back to court. What are my options, since another judge won't sign it and my judge might not go to court at all for the remaining 3 months."
