Get an old 3ksf built up house on a 10ksf land at DH. Whack it down, cheaper to rebuild than to renovate. I'll throw a simple under-terra 3.5M basement drawings with 600mm diaphragm walls and 5M wide ramp with LTW Alu. doors and multiple 25" zorst fans with shutters. Then build yer fave 'bungalow' design on top. Private access to the lair via yer kitchen/store-room!!!! Parks 10 cars easily with enuff space for a real living room and bath etc..and you can play Highway Star at full blast all day long!........Park a Perodua Kancil/Perdana on the porch....
