    Hey everybody :) ! My '91 Testarossa is for sale. I will be moving from the area in a few weeks, and just can't carry the TR with me (as much as I would like to). This is breaking my heart :( because the TR is fully sorted and drives beautifully, 145 mph on the Merritt last sunday was easily achieved. It also won a gold award at the GSFFF concours, so it is excellent cosmetically. Here are the additional details;
    1991 TR RED / TAN
    currently 32,000 miles
Optima RED TOP battery installed 5/03
Car cover, K&N air filter, Tubi exhaust w/hollowed cats
Major service done January '04, 15,790 miles by ASD
New clutch done May '04, 16,793 miles by ASD
Valentine 1 radar detector hidden in mirror display done by TECHNIK1 :D :D
Upgraded High Intensity Driving ( HID ) headlights done by TECHNIK1
New Dunlop SP Sport 8000 tires March '05
    Recent alternator rebuild, July '05
Aluminum racing pedals and slick-shift gate

    Asking $62,500 negotiable

DHUTCHISON at OPTONLINE dot NET is my email. Feel free to ask any questions. If you're looking for a clean, sorted, well driven :D , TR, then look into this one. Serial # 88564. Thanks fellas :) !!!

I heard the brake fluid issue was taken care of on the car too!

Serious: gorgeous car. Wish I had a 2 car garage. TR is my second choice after a 308. Good luck with it & I'm sorry to see it go.

And I'm sorry to hear your going. Where to? What's the deal?

This sounds like a calling for a "say goodbye to Hutch's TR" run.

You heard correct, but that issue was sorted out.

Headed south, going to check out North Carolina. No more cold a55 northeast winters for me!

I'm going to be busy over the next few weeks, but a farewell run might just have to happen :) .

Are you sure your red-neck enough for the Carolina's???? ;)
So why can't the TR go down south?
I have a sister down there (Suffolk). Pass along your address & we'll have to hook up. There's some nice quiet roads down there.

I'll have to work on my redneckness... might have to sell the Xterra and buy a Ford or Chevy p/u to blend in.

TR could go south with me, but it's more baggage to accommodate than I want right now. I need to get myself more stabilized in life (serious job/career, place to live, etc..) than I am now. Once I set up camp, then I get myself another toy to play with :D ...

Yeah, ya prick! I still think you should take it with you. You'd enjoy that car 10 times more down there then you can up here. There seems to be a lot more space to drive and not as many assh0les on the roads.

I hear ya Gus... better roads with less traffic is one reason why I'm leaving the northeast! And the winters up here suck too! But like I said, the TR is more than I want to carry with me right now. So, I'd like to see her off to another good F-Chatter home!

Sheeessh, Hutch! You have a second birthday beginning with a 3 and you get all serious about life! Next you'll be telling us that you are growing a mullet!

Seriously, good luck selling the TR. It sounds like it's in awesome condition mechanically and I know that it looks great.

Ive got a better idea: leave your porn collection behind so theres room in the garage for the TR!

Seriously, how much time we got? Gotta squeeze in a farewell run for sure!

    Hutch nooooooooo!!!!

I know you've been talking about a change of venue but didn't think you'd actually pull the trigger :(..

Best of luck to ya, I guess it works out well though as I'll have a summer house in South Carolina.

My sister is married...and she & her husband are both hard-core army. He's retiring a lt. colonel (chopper pilot) and she's near retiring soon-to-be lt. colonel(was chopper pilot & now procurement) at early 40's. Dang! Two young children, so no extra garage space. They store stuff (and a car) on the army base, but I understand this isn't a good practice.

They live next to the St. James River. Nice area. Def. red-neck. :)

Wow, looks like a great TR at a great price. I'd be arrainging a PPI right now if I was ready. I won't be in the market for another 6 ot 8 months unfortunately.

Have any pics for us to drool over?

Good luck w/ the move. If you need to store it for the next 8 months, I have room in my garage... ;) ;) nudge, nudge.

Hutch, your presence will be dearly missed. Good luck with your TR, she's a beauty. Too bad, I have no more molla for an extra toy, otherwise the TR will always be part of the collection.

Keep in touch (that doesn't include drunk dialing me at 2 a.m.).

Sorry to here you are headed away Hutch, but I can not blame you for saving yourself from the dreaded NE. Sometimes change is good, but so many times we worry to much about change and thus do not take the plunge. As I always say "NYSSUCKS". Why I stay, well I'm an idiot.
My brother moved to Raleigh NC about 2 1/2 years ago when he got sick of NY and the traffic and the taxes and the Liberal BS. He loves it down their. When I went to visit them for the first time the only person I met with a southern accent was the guy serving me at Arby's. So you do not need to worry about your none redneck status and the pickup truck thing. Everyone else was from the NE. Unfortunatley as more people from the NE move south they will eventually kill the south as they turn it into the NE.
If you head to Raleigh and are in need of any Transmission work, do not hesitate to look my brother up at his AAmco in Carey.
Just a heads up, Home prices have risen alot over the last couple of years in and around Raleigh. IF you head to Charlotte prices are even higher and that is why a lot of people live in SC and just head across the border if they work in Charlotte. Apartments are dirt cheap to rent
Oh by the way if at all possible Hutch, keep the FCAR, as the Southern girls would be lining up to ride in it and if you are lucky maybe even you.
Hope that you do not bail before we can all make another run. Good luck in the tide of life Dwight.
