I'm actually interested in this car. I prefer imperfect examples that I wouldn't be afraid to drive or service myself. I'd like to hear opinions on what this car would typically sell for in today's market.
I had a 92 348 TB that had low mileage, and I can tell you that his 348 and my 348 drove the same. His drives better actually, that suspension is just awesome, and his HVAC panel actually works properly. mine never did I'll say that if I wasn't in the middle of trying to get my garage built, I would have tried to get him to sell it to me for a friends discounted price lol.
I did help him set the reserve so I don't really wanna say haha. I will say this, BAT will not accept any unreasonable reserves. In fact they really want under market value based on what I have submitted to them, I am guessing to ensure it sells. If it hits reserve, the price will make anyone wanting a 348 happy. As i said I have driven he car, and checked it out, and it's a good clean example. The exhaust sounds way better than my Tubi did. He is going to post videos today
does anyone know who had this car for sale - dealer or private party? i'm looking for a black tb and it might be worth a follow up.
This number was posted in a facebook post Text/call 7172167880 about that car, in the Ferrari 335 348 support group page
No prob good luck! I also sold my black on black 348 to Florida, you can email [email protected] They where doing a full service and refresh on the car, and it looks just as good as that one!
i may be a little confused here. when i go to cawley's site and look at their inventory, i see the car that's in the post above - the black/black 348tb. is that NOT your car?? i've been speaking with alex about the car, but he says john is the owner. he also said he wasn't a dealer, but had a dealer license to buy and sell easier. looks like a dealer to me!! he presented it as one of his private collection. it has to be the same car.
Oh interesting. I have no idea. Get a shot of the speedo. Mine was in KM/h. But that one is %100 not my vin. My vin ended in 91350 Sorry I was just trying to help you find a car on a slow day at work lol
connecting the dots, it certainly seems like it's your car. the VIN could be a mistake, i guess. the items that stands out, as being individual to this car, would be the wear on the bolster, but especially the radio. take a look and see if that's the radio you had. Cawley Motorsports, LLC: 1992 Ferrari 348 TB - Pictures - Tallahassee, FL alex has since texted me back and is now saying that cawley motorsports is john's business. it would have to be your car. why he tried to hide that from me, i'm not sure. makes me somewhat cautious. what's the big deal to say you're a dealer, if you are one?
Yup that's %100 my old car. The correct vin is on their site. As for dealer or not I dunno. I never met Alex. John flew out and checked out the car in person. Very nice guy
Very nice photography. Did you take those yourself? I reposted your link here, where it will hopefully get more views: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/145253495-post1302.html BTW, you probably already know this but your wheels were on the wrong sides when those shots were taken.
