Webby! You gotta tell me about these spots! Might as well be in my backyard :)
A few more from Continental and the Motobecane bike is from Road America yesterday. One of the Corvette mechanics brought it back from France. Not sure if that oil can means it has a French dry sump Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

I still do not understand why this thread is even here...Like I used to get into some stuff...a car going by...hope some one can explain the hype that I don't understand here....
I cometely agree. People need to stop posting about cars without pictures. It's stupid. Who gives a crap that you saw a unicorn that no one else did. If you see it take pics, otherwise it didn't happen I'd rather see pics of cars from actual owners on here rather than some crap about how you saw whatever car on 41.
Sometimes it's impossible to snap a picture, but it's nice to know what drives around chicago. I didnt know there was a blue 918 in the area, so it gives me hope to see it one day.
I still do not understand why you keep posting this comment. If you don't find the thread useful, entertaining, interesting, then don't visit it. Why should anyone have to explain or justify it to you?
Just saw another graphite or whatever Porsche calls that color 918 on York Road in Elmhurst. Sorry no picture as I was driving the other way.
This. I was at work preparing food when the 918 drove by. I didn't have time to drop everything I was doing and whip out my phone like a hyper jackass. I figured it was worth mentioning since it's not such an everyday car.
Not an Illinois plate but I recall seeing that same quote on a vanity plate on an Illinois plated R8 GT.

The 918 I saw in Elmhurst on York road looked like this one exactly at LFSC last year.........Maybe 2 in this color around the Chicago area? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Went to the Geneva show late on Sunday and found a place to park in a bank parking lot. This was sitting in the middle of the lot. Nice people - the woman in the lime green jacket is the owner! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I was waiting while LFSC did a quick service item and saw 2 LaF's, an Enzo and F40. I guess bothe LaFs are staying local. I didn't ask or real look too hard, these were just in plain sight. I aslo believe that the Enzo you can see in service is the same owner as the darker LaF. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
For me personally, yes. Found it too easy, not challenging enough and not giving enough of that "special" experience I expect from a car used for fun exclusively instead of commuting. 918 felt like a commuter, comfy, easy and relaxing. Again, my very personal opinion.
