    It got leaked, I find it hard to fake as I believe a friend who's more of a technic enthusiast then me says that its extremely difficult with technic parts to make a surface this smooth, there may be some new parts as well that help. Including what seems to be replica's of the sp3's 5 spokes

    The model looks pretty true to the actual car for a LEGO build, the replica wheels contribute a long way.

    Interesting to note that the limited edition Lego Technic slipcase book that is meant to be sold separately has seemingly never before seen sketches of the actual Daytona sp3.

    Received that SP3 Lego set yesterday ! It's HUGE and damn impressive (I haven't build any Lego Technic since the "red sport car" from the late 80's...)
    So far so good, after something like 6 hours I finished the first of the 3 boxes of pieces.
    The only disappointment is that the book is not included with the set...
