Anybody here have pics or info about price tag?
Correct but that is base price. With options it will be $2,387,241.30 assuming the Euro stays around 1.5 but could be adjusted upwards. It will be a quad turbo 2 cylinder making 900 hp but as the car will weigh 1400 lbs it should get 75mpg on beet alcohol. Unfortunately due to regulations it's vmax will be limited to 45 mph.
I suspected that they'd do just that to bypass CAFE in the US ~~~~ http://www.chrisgrosserphotography.com/gallery/157.jpg Nice driver, Jim
I'm going to lose my "Friends of OPEC" membership and decoder ring. I heard same thing about hemp body and options OTD. They're going to replace F1 SFII with a transverse Powerglide and a Franklin 2-speed diff. BTW, Beet alcohol can be substituted with Chanel V for councourse, for the pleasant exhaust odor. And Jim, it'll be a 2 stroke with desmodromic cams and oval pistons like the Honda bike.
I heard it will have carbon firber wheels, carbon fiber seats and a carbon fiber engine with an all carbon fiber driver included. You can also opt for the carbon fiber window package and carbon fiber brakes. This is the only known spy-photo of the F70-60-90 testing at the Ring: this thing looks INSANE! "It will be a quad turbo 2 cylinder making 900 hp but as the car will weigh 1400 lbs it should get 75mpg on beet alcohol. Unfortunately due to regulations it's vmax will be limited to 45 mph." Best quote of the year so far
VIP Press passes are great for situations like this! I was almost run over by a few cars in order to capture that photo but I figured it would be appreciated on the forums! Hope everyone enjoyed the photos of the event that I took! Thanks for all of the support everyone. - Chris
And I heard that its only going to have one seat centered in the middle to cut down on weight and to increase handeling....
I heard that Ferrari is still working on finalizing the name. From what I understand, they're going back and forth between the names Sprinkle and Fidget.
Ferrari's quest for an ever smaller, faster, lighter F70 has gone a little too far.... behold the new F70 MSRP 16,999,995.... driver included Image Unavailable, Please Login
I was just on Italiaspeed looking at their calendar for cars shows & the launch of new cars. Of course they have the F149's date right. But they claim the Enzo's successor will bebut next year in 2009. Its amazing to me that nobody here or anywhere seems to know anything about this car. Well do any of you guys know anything at all? I mean if you do can you at least throw this site a bone & tell us something? I adore the Enzo & thing its an amazing car. I'm dying waiting for the arrival of its successor because I know that car will be faster, handle better & probably look just as or more outrageous.
I doubt it will be out in 09 as Ferrari will launch the F430 replacement in 09..I think its safer to assume a Paris Launch in 2010 ..
