Please ask if that carbon part is available , since it's not on the configurator but was shown n the geneva display car http://www.asphalte.ch/news/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/Ferrari-812-Superfast-34.jpg
I have it on the list of options with the spec of my car. The name is upper tunnel in carbon fiber 2950 euro the code is CITZ
Thanks !!! But are you sure there is not a confusion with the aluminium part holding the 3 big buttons ? Because on the configurator it seems that upper tunnel is rather referring to that part... I'm going to see it right now on the configurator
The configurator at the dealership is not the same as the one you see on-line. In the USA, the dealer configurator show both options, the bridge (the part that has 3 buttons ) and the lower tunnel. Scraggy-Please tell us about your Atelier visit. Perhaps you'll be able see some nice options and paint on 812 demo cars.
I know the first production slot for NZ is November - So first quarter arrival in Australia sounds right.
A request for advise to the "grey color experts" in this forum: I much liked the 812 at Hockenheim in grey silverstone and placed the order. Delivery is around 2020 so still some time to spec but my preference for this car will be much standards (no cf out or in, standard wheels, leather and no alcantara, standard color schemes, etc). However, I prefer a red interior. What fits well with grey silverstone? Rosso Ferrari may be a bit "bright", any experiences with "bordeaux"? Appreciate any advice or pictures to share or references. Many thanks
Agree, here's a F12 with all Bordeaux interior, although I'd prefer black upper dashboard, black wheel, black contrast stitching, and maybe black inserts on the Daytona-style seats. https://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/dealer/ferrari/f12/1825761.html
That one is called carbon bridge code CILR and is 2100 euro...is well defined I think...of course I can be wrong as well!
if you do the bridge and the lower tunnel area in carbon, will this match the rest of the interior? (I don't mind the look of the standard black metal and leather of the lower tunnel) Also, and this is a very nit-picky minor point, but the upper tunnel arm rest lid has a little metal tab. This tab is in black metal and doesn't match with the carbon and maybe it should esp if you do both the bridge and lower tunnel area.
Cool session, though Bologna 42 degrees C I mean literally unbearable. With Francesca (terrific). RHD - no customer cars pre Easter 2018, maybe 1 max per dealer just before that but not if expensive spec (eg leather or paint). If your dealer tells you different its a fib. Quite a lot of 812 on line, no LHD customer deliveries pre factory break in August. Expect little this year as they catch up GTC and finish F12. 70th anniversary red not proving at all popular. Car looks very good in lighter colours with a lot of carbon. GT and AN a good budget choice. UK list is 250 GBP approx, assume minimum 75k on top for a well optioned car. There is a lot to tinker with and some crazy pricing eg Apple Car Play that you can use Aux lead for !! Interestingly I decided before going to put painted shields on at Zanasi and I am on trend (sadly) as amazingly 20% of V12 line had painted, mainly Tdf. Surprising number of Tdf still on line. Enamel badges next to painted shields really look naff. I went a bid mad as this is a keeper for me. TRI STRATO Canna D Fucile Painted shields Tdf MATT diamond wheels Gold calipers (not as lairy as sounds as CDF has gold metallic) Carbon wheel centres Racing seats, leather and alcantara Black leather and alcan primary, Honolulu Beige (HB) semi aniline (a less yellow Crema) secondary Relief stitching in HB Silver rev counter Lots of appallingly expensive carbon Titanium exhausts Lifter, HiFi upgrade Alcan rear shelf with HB straps Expecting 345 GBP ugg, lets hope my GTC due this week does not drop like a stone.....or a big upgrade Hope helpful - any questions ?
Were did you find such great tastes in automotive ? The frog didn't understand the interior setup. Your seats are going to be Black leather with beige alcantara ? I really can't wait to see CdF triplo strato in the sunlight Congrats for a great build
Sounds like a great build. When you mention the appallingly expensive carbon did you spec any exterior carbon? I have a decent amount inside so thinking I should add some outside but can't decide which pieces. I do know I want to keep the diffuser in body color. The plastic outer parts that I have seen from pictures does seem to look good. I'm going with Rossa Corsa with the matte black TDF wheels.
Very nice spec. Congrats Any reason that the rosso 70th anni not so popular? - Did they say? Also no passenger display for you?
