New (to me) 812 Superfast. First Ferrari. Rosso coburn with Carmino interior. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Did we watch the same video? The 812 is much faster, as was evident in the rolling race and the way it caught up in the drag race, after the initial launch. The only reason that they were neck and neck at the 1/4 mile was the launch due to BMW's AWD system. At the 1/2 mile the BMW would be a spec on the Ferrari's rear view mirror.
BMW has all/four wheel drive...it is a no-brainer that it would launch and put its power down much better.....I knew that before I clicked the video...but all other races and the fact that the 812 was reeling in that car once it was rolling is the true picture of what the 812 is seriously capable of.
812 is no longer superfast. Humiliated and destroyed by a sedan with 4 doors and a child seat. This BMW even has better brakes! I just can't believe my eyes! Naked king. It's just a loud sound with a bunch of carbon garbage for thousands of dollars))
I have bad news for you, there's always a faster car out there. But you can keep being sensationally looney, I won't stop you
Yeah. I graduated from high school 40 years ago. Leaving wheels at red lights seemed cool back then. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Extrapolating these facts to racetracks the BMW might keep up or even win in short to mid-size tracks.
Err, no. The only extrapolation one can make from that video is that on a a poor surface (not ever proper tarmac), which is also moist, a 4WD car launches better than a faster 2WD car.
This was my day, the dream became true. My 812 SF arrived, model 2019, nearly new with 124 km on the clock, specced exactly as I would have specced it.
