I know some don't agree with me, but I've never aspired to make one of my exotic sports cars a daily driver or utilitarian in any way. To me, they are events in and of themselves. Taking them out is special and an occasion. Every day driving, running errands, going to the grocery store (or getting a Christmas tree), especially in a LaFerrari Aperta, somehow diminishes the whole experience to me. Having said that, everyone needs to enjoy their car in their own way.

The first time I saw this gig was probably 5 years ago, an Alfa Romeo Montreal with a pine tree on top. Beautiful picture, xmas spirit etc. Cool.

Since then, I've seen pictures of the most varied cars/supercars with pines on the roof.

Lets move, on, shall we? Isn't the Aperta an event on itself? Do we need to cut a tree and put it on top for the picture?

Didn't the CS used to sport "bleu white red lines" on the stripe?
    Was it another one?

I don't remember... since the car was resprayed, the stripe could easily have been repainted too

I’m curious - what color was the LaFerrari originally?

    Rosso Corsa :)

For some bizarre reasons the LaFA was only available in Nero Daytona, Giallo Triplo Strato, Bianco Italia, Grigio Ferro & Rosso Corsa

You could be the biggest oil cheikh, the most powerful russian billionaire, roll on the floor, cry like a baby, choke your dealer, nothing besides those 5 colors.

Peter coudn't get the LaFA in TDF blue so he ordered it RC and resprayed it

Im talking about the the 360.
Peter used to be president of F club France.

His CS had a french tricolore stripe which i thought was a very clever and cool touch

I didn't even catch that subtle stripe chance. The original CS stripes were vinyl or whatever material with enough layers of clear on top to smooth out with the rest of the car. Is Peter's a custom made stripe of that material or is it painted? If painted, it would be the only CS with a painted stripe I know of...

To me, it’s a real shame to have repainted any LaFerrari Aperta. Of course, an owner can do whatever they want with their property but that is very unfortunate.
